June, 2020. As my final assignment for MoMA´s Learning Course ‘Modern Art & Ideas’ I created JUNE. This surrealistic, symbolic and minimal project simplifies a complex feeling of being somewhere else through the imagination. The collages are made by thoughts, the words bellow are an internal monologue that rides the trip the imagination is taking to the water. It is a transition in which memories carefully undress us from the immediate present. JUNE is a collage of June´s, an exhaustive self-identity work on my own imagination's inventory.
